And because it is unfiltered, it has small amounts of olive pulp and sediment, which gives it higher levels of antioxidants and polyphenols than filtered olive oils.

A New Discovery for ME

I had never tried the unfiltered organic version. It is a treat! Wonderful smooth flavor with bread and a few spices. Makes me smile thinking about it. Great addition to my Partana extra virgin standard.
Everyone I’ve served it to has become a fan as well.

World Class Olive Oil

Partanna's unfiltered EVOO is some of the best tasting olive oil in the world. I have been buying it for over a year now and find it un-matched in taste and quality compared to any other olive oil available on the market today.
I will continue purchasing their products as long as the review the shipper that they are using to package and ship their products. The company should be aware of what I am referring to as separate from this survey, I sent Partanna and e-mail explaining my experience.
