OUR LAND, YOUR OLIVE OIL

The town of Partanna is situated in a unique microclimate in southwest Sicily, where rich soil, Mediterranean sunshine, and warm winds create the ideal conditions for growing our Castelvetrano olives.

Our family has been farming here for over 200 years. With respect and appreciation for this land, we have a long tradition of sustainable growing practices. Today, all of our olives are certified Non-GMO, adhering to the strict regulations of the European Union which limit the usage of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Our organic olive oil is made from organic olives that meet the standards of 3rd party certifiers.

In 2006, our farm implemented an underground drip irrigation system that applies water directly to the tree roots. This has helped us to reduce our water usage up to 80% while maintaining the health of trees that have been growing olives for hundreds of years.

We have been cultivating olives and crafting olive oil for over 100 years, but we are more than olive oil producers, we are a family united by a shared passion for the land, the trees, and the craft of producing the finest olive oil and specialty foods.

From generation to generation, our family oversees the entire process, from the moment the olives are hand-picked from the trees, through our cold press process at the mill, to bottling. We take pride in our hands-on approach, ensuring that every step is done with care and attention to detail.
