Hand‑picked by our family from bright green Castelvetrano olives in Sicily’s sun‑drenched groves, each fruit is cold‑pressed within hours of harvest to capture its pure, vibrant flavor. Five generations of care have led us to these ancient trees-over a century old-yielding an oil of unmatched rarity and depth.
