As a New Orleanian I enjoy trying different olive salads to see if there is anything else that will elevate my Muffuletta. I love the briny-ness and freshness of the olives. The vegetables are perfectly crisp, unfortunately the garlic overpowers everything after a couple bites. Use sparingly if in a salad or pasta.

Wow it's salty!!! 290mg!! why they gotta do that!??? The salt is so distracting it actualy ruins the flavor!!
