Castelvetrano Olives - also known as Nocellara del Belice olives - are only grown in southwest Italy, but they are loved all over the world for their fleshy texture and nutty-buttery flavor. Castelvetranos are large olives that are hand-picked before they completely ripen, giving them a naturally bright green color.
Our family has been growing 100% sustainably farmed Castelvetrano olives for five generations. We carefully pick each olive by hand to protect the color, flavor, and texture from bruising as well as oxidation. After picking, we cure the olives, and preserve them with natural sea salt from Trapani, in South West Sicily.
