This exceptional flavor comes from 100% Castelvetrano olives and over 100 years of olive oil craftsmanship by our family in Trapani, Sicily. We hand-pick the olives each fall at the peak of ripeness, cold-press them within four hours, filter, and bottle them in colored glass or tins to preserve the freshness and flavor.

The tin was packed with a small paper. Can was all dented all sidet. Lucky the oil was not damaged.

High quality olive oil

Very impressed w this company. The first container they sent arrived severely dented with no packing materials in the box to protect it. After contacting them about the issue, the company immediately sent a replacement. The olive oil is super high quality and fresh.
